Hi, how can we help you?

Overview

Sentinel uses AI to deliver better more value to teams. Security and privacy are foundational to how we design, build, and operate AI features.

Transparency & control

  • Admin controls: AI features can be enabled/disabled in Settings (Privacy & AI). AI features are enabled by default.

  • Clear labeling: AI outputs are presented as assistance for operators and do not replace human decision‑making.

Privacy & data protection

  • Training use: Sentinel does not use customer data to train our models or third‑party models.

  • Data handling: Encryption in transit and at rest; logical tenant separation; least‑privilege access.

  • Access: Restricted to authorized personnel based on role and necessity.

Security practices

  • Encryption: TLS in transit; AES‑256 (or stronger) at rest.

  • Hosting: Microsoft Azure (Canada Central) with logical tenant separation.

  • Certification: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 in scope.

  • SDLC: AI features follow the same secure development lifecycle, change control, and testing as the rest of Sentinel.

Legal & regulatory

Sentinel keeps humans in the loop and provides transparency and administrative control. We monitor emerging AI regulations and adjust practices as needed.
